Thanks for the link Paul. If I write a separate post on copper at some point then I'll make sure to list some of those foods. I believe copper is found in meat at high levels as well, so it sort of makes sense that they will be found together.
The beans one is interesting since it may run into the phytate issue but since most people would cook beans anyways that'd likely be a non-issue. Interesting with the tofu!

Yes to supplementation if you have a copper poor diet. BTW, tofu and beans is a good source
