Thanks for the update.

A friend of mine ceased eating a wide range of processed and ultraprocessed foods some time ago, and now he's lost 20 pounds. Who could have guessed?

Not eating bad foods may be healthy? Perish the thought!

It's a bit funny since the plant-based foods that are coming out are helping to emphasize that plant-based but processed probably isn't a good thing. It's kind of like you process all of the good stuff out and have to refortify it back with nutrients.

I'm not sure if people are getting bored of the Ozempic talk but it's something with a huge cultural impact that many people seem to be naïve to so it's nice to know if people still have some interest. I want to look into what mechanisms are responsible for GLP-1 release but haven't had time to sit down and put papers together so it's unfortunately one of many articles I have shelved for the time being.
