There's certain to have been a ton of corruption around, but the upfront finger wagging is rather interesting given everything that's been going on. It's like it diverts attention rather than having us look at the whole agency.
I didn't check anything past the document, and honestly I'm not too surprised. It's one of the reasons why this situation with Aduhelm is ironic, because we're talking about agency capture for profit with Aduhelm and yet nothing is said about the same thing happening with the COVID vaccines.
Shouldn't this indicate that BOTH are worthy of investigation?

Looking more at the Oversight and Reform Committee web site led me here, where absolutely nothing is mentioned about vax injury or death.
